I’m Michelle Crump, a Travel Advisor with Destinations Travel Services, Inc., specializing in Walt Disney World, Disneyland California, Disney Cruise Line and Universal vacations.
My love of Disney began with my family’s first Walt Disney World vacation in the late 1990s. My parents always believed in choosing experiences over possessions, and the wonderful memories we created together have stayed with me ever since.
Over the years, I’ve returned to Walt Disney World many times and explored Universal Orlando Resort. Disney continues to hold a very special place in my heart, and today I have the privilege of helping other families experience that same excitement, anticipation and magic.
Before joining Destinations Travel Services, I was actually a client. Avril helped me plan several of my own vacations, including one of my family’s most memorable trips to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. I experienced firsthand the difference that working with a knowledgeable travel advisor can make, and I’m proud to now be part of a company that truly believes in making good vacations GREAT!
Creating More Magical Vacations
Disney and Universal vacations are incredibly exciting—but with so many resorts, parks, dining options, attractions and extras to choose from, planning can quickly become overwhelming. That’s where I come in.
My role is to simplify the process, take away the uncertainty and help you feel prepared and excited before you ever leave home.
From selecting the resort that best fits your family and understanding Lightning Lane options to recommending dining experiences, tours and special extras, I’ll guide you through the details that can make such a difference to your vacation.
I can also help with dietary considerations and recommend experiences based on your family’s interests, ages and budget.
Have a Star Wars fan in the family? Imagine them building their own personalized lightsaber or droid. Love animals? Disney’s Animal Kingdom offers incredible wildlife experiences. Traveling with little ones, teenagers or multiple generations? We can find experiences everyone can enjoy.
Whatever makes your family light up, I’ll help you discover those extra touches that make your vacation feel uniquely yours.
I’m a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and continually keep up with the latest Disney and Universal news, updates and planning information so my clients don’t have to.
And Disney has taken on an entirely new meaning for me since becoming a mom. Last year, I welcomed my daughter, and we’ve already had the joy of introducing her to one of our favorite places on earth—Walt Disney World. Experiencing Disney through her eyes has made the magic even more special and has given me a whole new appreciation for planning Disney vacations with young children.
A Few of My Favorite Things
- Favorite destinations: Disney and Universal parks, New York City, Charleston and the beautiful Caribbean.
- Favorite foods: Thai, barbecue and Mexican—although I enjoy trying almost anything!
- Favorite EPCOT activity: Exploring World Showcase and sampling food and drinks from around the globe.
- Away from work: You’ll usually find me reading a good book or attempting to improve my golf game.
Michelle’s Disney Tip
Would you love to experience the Magic Kingdom fireworks without spending the entire evening inside the park?
Plan dinner at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, then head outside to enjoy the fireworks from the resort area. Hearing the music while watching the fireworks across Seven Seas Lagoon can be a wonderfully relaxing and memorable way to end your evening.
Whether you’re planning your family’s very first Disney vacation, returning to experience something new or ready to discover the excitement of Universal, I’m here to make the planning easier, less stressful and filled with a little extra magic.
Because the best vacations aren’t just about where you go—they’re about the memories you bring home.
Let’s start planning a vacation your family will remember forever!
